Whenever people find out I’m having a girl they mention all the shopping I get to do for girl clothes. And yeah… I’ve done a little too much. I actually think I have too much now, since I also have my niece's hand-me downs. I don’t usually care too much about kids fashion. Lets be honest here, as long as my boys are dressed and their clothes aren’t too dirty, we can leave the house. That’s really all I can ask for when getting three active boys out the door on time in the morning. When my oldest son was born, my husband was fresh out of university and we lived in an apartment. We didn’t have much money so I was pretty frugal with clothes. And it’s carried on to my other boys. I have a certain price I will not got beyond for shirts, pants and sweaters. It was sure nice to start fresh with this baby. 99% of all the clothes I’ve bought for baby girl Rice have been on sale, so I can justify it right?
I don’t have any newborn clothes yet. I just dress my newborns in sleepers anyways. Here are a few of my favourites. Notice the lack of pink? I’m not big into girlie colours 
I found this fabric at Value Village. It will be used in a blanket that my Mom will make.
